I took these photos during my time at the PA Department of Labor & Industry's Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) when we piloted a summer youth workforce program. During the pilot year in 2016, students worked for their local municipality during the summer and gained real world work experience.
The following are photos of municipalities and one school district during that pilot year.
